Crude Oil Barging Support Operations
Our midstream portfolio also include crude oil barging support operations such as the provision of loading and measurement systems calibration, injection metering systems calibrations, Third party sampling and laboratory analysis, cargo or hull tanks cleaning and certification, certification of temporary equipment Other barging operations support services include but not limited to the supply of diesel engine marine speed boats for routine operations ( supply and services), fast, reliable crew boats and provision of temporary equipment
Development of HSE Case for Loading System Integration
We develop an asset specific HSE case for our clients during and after retrofitting of an existing facility to integrate loading activities which is a requisite technical standardization and HSSE prioritization which is achieved through detailed identification of Major Accidents Hazards (MAH), Threats, Controls Measures, Escalation mitigation.
Pipeline Integrity Inspection
We are involved in inline inspection service for unpiggable product lines in collaboration with our partners; INGU who have a legacy solution that uses advanced data analytics and Pipers technology that is free floating in liquid pipelines and is completely undisruptive which implies that its seamless deployment ensures 100% uptime. The free floating piper ball ensure that leaks are monitored with a greater integrity and risk mitigation by regularly monitoring high consequence area. It provides highly accurate information on deposits throughout a pipeline. Pipers enhanced cleaning pigs not only clean the pipelines but provide valuable information on the cleaning efficiency. In baseline run sections with similar properties such as diameter, wall thickness or pipeline material are identifies and localized features e.g. weld, fitting and dents are highlighted . It provides wall condition and hot tap monitoring.
Automatic Tank Cleaning – No Man Entry
In conjunction with our partners, we carryout automatic cleaning of crude oil and chemical tanks which is trademarked as Gamajet and Butterworth machine. The machine is highly engineered to deliver increased force during cleaning where water is forced through a rotary nozzle that rotates on a dual axis, creating 360o cleaning pattern As the water sprays, the liquid is pumped out of the designated tank simultaneously to a treatment plant or environmental barge. The device weighs 15lbs to 40 lbs depending on the size that is selected for the service. cleaning cycles are completed in 12 to 15 minutes at 25 feet. The model can clean a tank of up to 10,000,000 US gallons and uses a water pressure of up to 250 psi and temperature of up to 250oF. With the technology of Alfa Laval Gamajet tank leaning machine, a confined space entry is greatly reduced and eliminating danger to workers or exposing entrants to hazardous atmosphere
Produced Water Management
We are involved in the entire produced water management process either from offshore or onshore fields. In collaboration with our technical partners, we build on industry related experience to provide in-depth technology solutions for maintaining and improving the produced water process. Emmbek Global Services seek to recommend the practice of in-field dehydration with subsequent discharging of treated produced water overboard base on water production forecast.

Partnering with trusted and competent companies we provide production chemicals and associated services to companies operating in the upstream sector . Some of such commodity chemicals include; Tri Ethylene Glycol (TEG), Di Ethylene Glycol (DEG), Methanol. We also stock and provide Corrosion inhibitors, Scale dissolvers, Demulsifies, Water clarifiers and flocculants, Biocides as listed below
Waste Management/ Pest Control Services
Emmbek in collaboration with her technical partners have setup a robust structure to properly manage waste generated from operations in the oil and gas sector, and as well provide pest control/ fumigation services. Our waste management service covers both hazardous (Drill cuttings- oil based and water based) and no hazardous waste such as domestic waste , construction and demolition waste.
